More:

EnergyFM uses the two 'Sira' type aerials on that can be seen the left of first top picture.  Manx Radio uses the three  EMI circular antennas, that can be seen on on the right hand side of the picture, these were originally used at by Manx Radio when they were installed on the IBA Richmond Hill Tower, a few miles south west of Douglas (Before Carnane came into use).  The original frequency from Richmond Hill was 96.9 during the 1970's, this changed to 97.3 in the 1980's. The Manx Radio transmitter then moved to the Carnane site in 1989, which was owned by the BBC and simply referred to as 'Douglas',  Douglas is now owned and operated by CTI since BBC Transmissions was privatised and sold off.

The original Manx Radio aerials from Richmond Hill were relocated to Jurby after being retuned to the new frequency used at Jurby of 103.7MHz!
